Dear Dell, First of all I would like to thank you for providing me with a second chance to purchase a laptop for my daughter. I spent the past couple of months searching for, and trying to order compatible components to make it run, but have yet to find the correct components. I have purchased a Latitude E6400 (XP pro) from you and now am trying to find drivers and install them on the laptop to resolve a touchscreen problem. I have searched the internet and can find no drivers for this particular model. If I could find drivers installation through the OS, or device manager, I would be able to perform an update to include the drivers for installation. I believe this is the issue as I understand it to be. Can you help me? Thank you, -Kevin

When dealing with an issue with a wireless networking card, it is first vital to make sure that you have the correct drivers loaded. These are installed on your computer so that the card is recognized by the card drivers. Once you have done this, check to see if the card is setup properly. If not, you can troubleshoot this.

I would recommend going with Ultimate. It will allow you to do things installed drivers do not allow. Do a Google search for Ultimate on Windows 7. Your problem should be resolved.
